Reporting and Accountability
Suppliers and vendors are expected to:
Report any concerns, violations, or breaches of this Code of Conduct promptly
Cooperate with DSC investigations regarding ethical, legal, or regulatory matters
Maintain records demonstrating compliance with this Code
DSC reserves the right to terminate relationships with suppliers or vendors that fail to comply with this Code of Conduct.
Continuous Improvement
DSC encourages suppliers and vendors to:
Implement policies and procedures to support ethical business conduct
Provide training and awareness programs for their employees
Continuously improve processes related to ethics, compliance, health and safety, and environmental protection
